Short Nap is a mini guided practice specifically designed to help you unwind and reset your nervous system. While it isn't as effective as a longer or regular practice, it’s an excellent way to dip your toes into the experience and enjoy a moment of gentle rest. Think of it as a quick reset for your mind and body.

Take a moment to find a quiet spot, get comfortable, and close your eyes. Let yourself be guided into a state of relaxation and stillness. Remember, this practice is meant to help you slow down and recharge, so allow yourself to embrace the process fully.

Important: Please don’t engage with this practice while driving, operating machinery, or even relaxing in the bath! Even though this is a “lite” version, it may still lull you into sleep, so make sure you’re in a safe and comfortable space.
