Cancellation Policy – Wilderbliss

At Wilderbliss, we understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and ours, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 2-6 days in advance will receive a 50% refund or a credit towards a future event.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

No shows are non refundable.

 

2. Emergencies & Special Circumstances

If you experience an emergency (illness, bereavement, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer a compassionate solution, such as rescheduling or partial credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

3. Cancellations by Wilderbliss

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please email emma@wilderbliss.co.uk or call/text/whatsapp 07732807856 as soon as possible.
